1. Shipping:
- If payment is made before 2 PM on weekdays, same-day shipping is possible.
- Since it will be dispatched from Korea, the delivery period may take around 7-10 days.
- Local delivery will be handled by Qxpress.
- Delivery may be delayed depending on the circumstances of the courier.
2. Exchange/Return:
- The shipping cost for exchanges/returns due to a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.
- Reshipment due to product defects or delivery errors will be borne by us.
- Please contact the customer center for exchange/return requests.
- Exchange: Within 1 month, exchange or refund for defective products.
- Return: In the case of a change of mind, within 7 days of receiving the product, or within 3 months if the product does not match the contract or advertisement.
