1. Shipping:
- If payment is made before 2 PM on weekdays, same-day shipping is possible.
- Since it will be dispatched from Korea, the delivery period may take around 7-10 days.

2. Exchange/Return:
- The shipping cost for exchanges/returns due to a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.
- Reshipment due to product defects or delivery errors will be borne by us.
